Sure! If you have 21 SMGT stamps, you're welcome to claim or coin or wait until you have 30... it's up to you!
Until 30+ caches are live, the amount of stamps needed to claim a coin will simply be the number of live caches available via geocaching.com. For the near future it will be 21 but as that number changes, we will post the new number on this blog. We will accept passports with the previously required number of caches for three business days after posting the new quantity.
